How to reach us
Email hello@baselswitzerlandtours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour listed here refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; the Swiss Travel Pass states both 24 and 48 hours, so read its terms.
If you missed a guide, give the time and the exact spot you waited when you write to the operator. At Basel SBB, say which of the two meeting points in the hall you were at.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Meeting points move, fares change and museum hours shift with the season, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Basel Tourismus gave its hours as Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:30, Saturday 9:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 15:00, shorter on some public holidays; confirm before you go. The office issues city information, sells guided walks and answers BaselCard questions.

St. Alban-Graben 16. The museum publishes its own opening hours, prices and closures, including the days it shuts for Fasnacht.
Fasnachts-Comité
The committee that organises Basel Fasnacht publishes the dates, which is where the 15 February 2027 start comes from.
